Most of my working career has been spent in various aspects of real estate, including sixteen years as a real estate paralegal, eight years in real estate title insurance, and most recently, 7 years in real estate sales.
In 2014, I relocated to Greenville, SC from the northeast to enjoy the warmer weather and the lower cost of living. Having an extensive real estate background helped me jump start my career as a Realtor® in the Greenville area, and gave me immediate success in this dynamic market. In this highly competitive field, I have chosen to stand out through developing and maintaining relationships and trust with my clients. My business philosophy is to provide that little extra to my clients and always strive for an exceptional experience.

In 2019 I was proud and humbled to be the first one in my office to achieve Platinum status for closed transactions and again in 2020 and 2021. My career as an accomplished chef has led me to where I am today. After 30 in the service industry, I decided to take my skills to another aspect of service, Real Estate. Listening to people’s requests and working with them to accomplish them is something I have specialized in for many years. Realizing the importance of family, I decided it was time for a change. After years of the hustle and bustle of working in New York City, I decided to move to Greenville and learn Real Estate from one of the best, my sister, Lisa. Mark Gilman is the newest member of the Briganti Properties team. Originally from the Boston area, Mark was a Realtor® in Michigan for many years before moving to the Upstate. He also owns his own Public Relations agency (Pitchnoise) and is a writer for several financial and business news organizations. A Navy veteran, Mark has three grown sons and is very active in the community, serving as the Chair of the Veterans Assistance Committee of the Greenville Downtown Rotary as well as the board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Greater Greenville Hockey Association and the Carolinas Hockey League.
